For 4 days ive been exercising the the resistance band. It really cool. It like using no weights but with lots of tension.

Its very beautiful outside. The sun gives it a bright day. I feel much positive. I dont need any negative thinking or people around me today.

We had 3 storms in about 3days but seemed like 3 storms in 1. The raining andthunder was ok but when i heard tornado i got a little worried so i got prepared.

Rage runs thru my mind. Murderous temptation. feel like im trapped in many negative situations. Complications adds to my time wasted. I want revenge!

Im beginning to enjoy the cold seasons. I mean when its day time the sun isnt out and when itss raining the sun starts to come out. Thats beautiful.
